PROBLEM:
Providence Health/Brock Fahrni sought solutions to avoid wall demolition due to limited access and upgrade their outdated fan system. Previously, any failure to the fan caused the entire system to stop, leading to a lack of airflow.

SOLUTION:
The installation of the ECFanGrid provided fan redundancy, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Other significant benefits of this retrofit project for the building included energy savings, space optimization, and improved energy flow.

PROBLÈME :
Providence Health/Brock Fahrni cherchait des solutions pour éviter la démolition des murs en raison d'un accès limité et moderniser leur système de ventilation obsolète. Auparavant, toute défaillance du ventilateur entraînait l'arrêt complet du système, provoquant une absence de flux d'air.

SOLUTION :
L'installation de l'ECFanGrid a permis d'assurer une redondance des ventilateurs, garantissant un fonctionnement ininterrompu. Ce projet de rénovation a également apporté d'autres avantages significatifs au bâtiment, notamment des économies d'énergie, une optimisation de l'espace et une amélioration du flux d'énergie.

During the exhibition, Rosenberg Canada will be showcasing our OEM Fan line, Rosenberg's HVAC retrofit solution - ECFanGrid, and Rosenberg air curtains by Airtecnics.

ECFanGrid-is a cutting-edge and cost-effective modular fan solution. The system is driven by Rosenberg's own variable speed, energy-efficient EC Motors (ECM). The ECFanGrid is perfect for HVAC retrofit projects as well as new projects requiring efficient Air Handling Units (AHU).

ZEN is a decorative air curtain in contemporary architectural style. Its minimalist and smart design blends with any building’s aesthetics and offers infinite options for customization. Double-inlet centrifugal EC fans driven by external rotor motors have a low noise level and extremely low energy consumption. about ZEN Model:
Decorative air curtain in contemporary architectural style. Its minimalist and smart design integrates into any environment and offers infinite options to customize.

• Can include personalized logotypes, signs or graphic designs. It can even incorporate clocks or lighting.

• Front anodized aluminum panels. Optionally manufactured in brushed or mirror-polished stainless steel. Other materials are possible, such as wood, metal, etc.

The “Gen3+” EC Motor offers up to 4% higher efficiencies compared to previous generation fan systems. Input voltage range of 200-480 VAC (±10 %) and DC voltage input of 260-680V DC (±10 %) is possible.
The Gen3+ EC Motor is capable of up to 49% more power in the same footprint as previous generation motors. Other benefits of the motor are highlighted as follows:
· Electronic Quick Change (EQC) technology allows for the replacement of the electronics in minutes without touching the motor or the impeller
· Larger terminal area with increased water resistance and enhanced wiring connections
· Improved thermal management with a larger heat sink
· Integrated inspection LED for service and fault indication
