Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with a hassle-free, 30-day return window. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must remain intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact us through the form available on our "Contact" page.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the necessary details for shipping the item(s) to:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Important Notes:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% of the unit price may apply to certain returns.

  • If a customer requests a refund for an order that has not yet been shipped, 3% of the total cost will be retained to cover transaction fees charged by Shopify.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged.

  • You received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action. Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy may be required.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • It may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
