Rosenberg Canada Shipping Information

1. General Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

  • Shipping Coverage:
    We provide shipping within Canada and the USA. For international orders beyond these regions, please contact the nearest Rosenberg branch in your country for assistance.

  • Shipping Times:
    Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not from the time the order is placed.

2. Standard Shipping Timeline

  • For Orders Within Canada & the USA:
    Orders placed before 1 pm EST are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders:
    Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the following business day.

  • Important Notes:
1. In the event of a strike or disruption with Canada Post or other service providers, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice to the customer, use an alternative service provider to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
 

2. Once the package crosses the border, the delivery process is managed by the postal service in the destination country (e.g., the USA). While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, we cannot control the logistics after it is transferred to the postal service.

3. Shipping Inquiries & Tracking

  • Tracking Orders:
    For the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your package, please contact the local postal office in the USA with your tracking number for assistance.

  • Estimated Shipping Zones:
    Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping zones.

4. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • Lost Packages:
    A parcel is considered lost if it remains in the postal system for 21 business days. While delays are rare, we cannot dispatch a replacement until this period has passed.

  • Courier & Customs Delays:
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or customs services.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Returned Packages:
    If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering all redelivery costs. We are not liable for the loss of an order if an incorrect address was provided at checkout.
